Image delivery

Final photographs will be delivered via WeTransfer in two versions: high-resolution files suitable for printing and screen-resolution files suitable for digital use.

Copyright and ownership

Copyright in all photographs remains with Hannah Davis. Delivery of the files grants you permission to use the photographs as set out below; it does not transfer copyright or ownership to you.

Permitted use

You may use, publish and distribute the photographs in print and on screen, including in printed publications, websites and digital publications, subject to these terms and any usage limits agreed in writing.

This permission applies to the photographs as delivered. It does not include permission to alter, transform or create new content from them, except for the limited corrections described below.

Resale and licensing

The right to sell or license the photographs remains with Hannah Davis. You may not resell the photographs, offer them as stock images, sell products featuring them, or grant others a separate licence to use them without Hannah Davis’s prior written permission.

Permission to publish the photographs in a print or digital publication does not, by itself, grant permission to resell or separately license the image files.

Editing and alterations

You may use standard, non-generative editing tools to make necessary minor corrections, such as changing or obscuring a vehicle number plate, provided these corrections do not otherwise substantially change the photograph.

Other alterations, transformations or additions require Hannah Davis’s prior written permission. The photographs must not be used to generate new content without that permission.

Generative AI

You must not upload the photographs to generative AI tools, use them to train AI models, or use AI to alter them or generate new content from them without first discussing the proposed use with Hannah Davis and obtaining her written permission.

This includes adding new elements, creating variations or substantially changing the original image using generative AI.

Please contact Hannah Davis before making any AI-based changes so that the proposed use can be discussed and agreed. These boundaries protect the integrity of the photographs and respect Hannah Davis’s ownership of the work.
