Community Producing

Supporting local creativity over time

As Community Producer with Havering Changing from October 2023 to September 2026, I coordinated artists and ongoing workshops involving more than 30 participants each week. My work combined programme delivery, artist coordination and practical planning with supporting community members to build confidence and lead their own cultural events.
